Our specialists built a system to automate the interaction between a collective insurance company and its customers.
This meant that a user of a company subscribing to a collective insurance plan could make their initial enrollment online and submit money reimbursement requests for medical care or medication purchases.
This system allows the modification of beneficiaries, associated charges and forms of payment through self-care processes. In addition, it automates the statement of medical pre-stocks and the approvals of beneficiary income and reimbursements.
This Tecnova project was developed in 14 months, with two stages of release. The team included 1 Project Manager, 3 Development Engineers, a Graphic Designer and 2 QA Analysts.
