Smart Promotion it was developed by Tecnova for ENTEL, with the aim of centralizing the administration of most of the company’s promotions in one place. In this way, having a tool that allows you to easily and quickly configure different types of promotions for end customers, speeding up the commercial launch of new offers.
Mainly, the system operates by receiving requests for review of offers for Mobile Telephony services (Voice and Broadband), from various sales channels. Then, check the parameters against the configured commercial conditions, and verify if it meets what is necessary to obtain a promotion. If the conditions are met, the promotion that is available to the client at that time is reported.
Likewise, with the use of Smart Promotion, it is possible to increase the sale of products and services through promotions. In addition, it facilitates the delivery of vouchers, discounts, packages, gifts, among others, increasing customer loyalty.
