TFile, information reception and validation system, originates from the need to have a technological platform to support the process of regulation and inspection of companies by state agencies. This is how the supervisory bodies carry out this action through the frequent reception and validation of large volumes of information. Therefore, to perform this task in the most efficient way and at the lowest costs, it was necessary to design a solution to automate these activities.
The TFile system solves the problem of reception, validation (formats, data type, reception deadlines, information consistency validation) and storage of information online. Furthermore, the system allows defining information reception processes by grouping a set of files to be received according to a defined frequency and formats.

Initially, this system was developed for the Superintendency of Electricity and Fuels (SEC) of Chile, which has been operating since 2002. Later, it was customized to operate in the Subsecretariat of Telecommunications (SUBTEL) of Chile in 2005. Additionally After these two operations, it was again personalized for the General Superintendency of Electricity and Telecommunications of El Salvador.
